1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages Pawstone is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pawstone is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
